Authors are members who draft or edit documents — €99 per author per month, with no base fee and no minimum bundle. You pay for exactly the people who do the writing. Commenters and approvers never need a seat.
Author seats come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if Final Wording is not working for your team, we will refund them in full within the first 30 days. Usage you have already run (document automation or AI) is not refunded.
Correct. Anyone who only comments or approves is free and unlimited — whether they are on your team or invited from a client. You only pay for the people doing the authoring.
Only when you generate a final document through the API. Each document is €0.10 plus €0.01 per page, billed from the first page — so a 20-page contract is €0.30. In-app drafting, previews, editing, and review are never charged.
AI is opt-in. You pay €0.01 per invocation plus token usage at cost. Bring your own provider key and the token charge is waived — the €0.01 invocation fee still applies. Built-in cost controls let you cap spend.
